ISC Board Decisions in his session held on August 31, 2022
The Iraqi Securities Commission granted a one-year extension to the Iraqi Company for Meat and Field Crop Production and Marketing and the National Company for Metal Industries and Bicycles to submit complete financial statements to the General Commission for Audit. The Commission denied the extension request for Astoria Tourist Hotels Company due to its failure to submit financial statements to the General Commission for Audit within the legal deadline. These decisions were issued during the Board's session held on August 31, 2022.
The Securities Commission Board decided in its session held on August 31, 2022, as follows:

Granting an additional period of one year for the purpose of submitting complete financial statements to the Companies Authority:
• The Iraqi Company for Meat and Field Crop Production and Marketing (Mixed Joint Stock)
• The National Company for Metal Industries and Bicycles (Mixed Joint Stock)
This is for the purpose of submitting their final accounts to the General Commission for Audit within the legal period as of December 31, 2021.
- Not approving the extension mentioned above for Astoria Tourist Hotels Company (Mixed Joint Stock) due to its failure to submit financial statements to the General Commission for Audit within the legal period.
