The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) mandates approved Collective Investment Undertakings (OPC) and OPC Management Companies in the West African Monetary Union to submit periodic reports containing specified tabular data on assets, client counts, subscriptions, redemptions, net asset values, portfolio changes, and remuneration. These quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports must adhere to a standardized presentation order outlined in Annex I, be made freely available to investors upon request, and comply with the definitions set forth in Instruction No. 66/CREPMF/2021. The Circular, effective upon publication, ensures transparent and consistent financial reporting across the regional market by standardizing disclosure formats and dividend advance calculations.

ON PERIODIC REPORTS OF COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT FUNDS (OPC)
The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) reminds approved Collective Investment Undertakings (OPC) and OPC Management Companies (SGO) operating in the regional financial market of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA) that, in accordance with current regulations, they must comply with the provisions of this Circular, which specifies the information that must appear in periodic reports. These details must be prepared in tabular form with columns indicating the reference period and the comparison period.
For the purposes of this Circular, the term "Instruction" refers to Instruction No. 66/CREPMF/2021 on Collective Investment Undertakings and their Management Companies in the regional financial market of the UMOA.
1. Content of Periodic Reports
The quarterly and semi-annual reports contain at least the information specified in Annex I, Sections I to VII.
When an OPC has paid or intends to pay dividend advances, the numerical data indicate the result after deduction of taxes for the relevant semester and the dividends paid or proposed.
The annual report contains at least the information specified in Annex I as well as other information mentioned in Article 37, paragraph 2 of the Instruction.
2. Requirements for Communicating Reports to Investors
The annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports are made available to investors in the manner indicated in the Prospectus and, where applicable, in the key investor information referred to in Article 33 of the Instruction. In any case, a paper copy of the periodic reports is provided free of charge to investors who request it.

3. Presentation of Periodic Reports
The annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports follow the order of presentation mentioned in Annex I.
This Circular takes effect from its publication date.
