Enacted under section 43A(1A) of the Bank of Mauritius Act, this regulation standardizes the administrative cost for entities requesting official reproduction rights. THE BANK OF MAURITIUS ACT
Regulations made by the Bank of Mauritius, with the approval of the Minister, under section 43A(1A) of the Bank of Mauritius Act
These regulations may be cited as the Bank of Mauritius (Processing Fee for the Reproduction of Currency Notes and Coins) Regulations 2017.
In these regulations –
"Act" means Bank of Mauritius Act.
