The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 203 A on 18 November 2025 to grant preliminary consent for the self-liquidation of General Asset Management Closed Joint-Stock Company. This decision follows petitions submitted by the company in October 2025 and a favorable conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day after its delivery to the company or its authorized representative.
