The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 152A on September 9, 2025, to grant a foreign currency purchase and sale license to Narek Limited Liability Company. The decision authorizes the company to conduct exchange activities at its premises located at 16 Tigran Mets St., Yerevan, following the Licensing and Supervision Committee's positive conclusion. This resolution enters into force the day following official notification to the licensee.
