Consultation Paper No. 1 of 2021 – Proposed Amendments to the Registration Authority’s Decision Procedures and Enforcement Manual
The Registration Authority of the Abu Dhabi Global Market proposes amendments to its Decision Procedures and Enforcement Manual to incorporate policies regarding the disqualification of directors and other persons under the Companies Regulations 2020. These changes aim to establish a comprehensive reference point for enforcement actions by detailing circumstances for disqualification, factors determining unfitness, and penalties for breaches. The Authority invites public feedback on these proposals and related procedural clarifications by the deadline of 11 February 2021.
