The Administrative Council of the Central Bank of São Tomé and Príncipe fixes the Euro purchase exchange rate at 24.50 Dobras, establishing a definitive conversion value for the New Family of Dobra under existing exchange legislation. This Permanent Application Standard revokes NAP No. 17/2009 and subjects any deviation from the set rate to statutory sanctions. The regulation officially takes effect on January 1, 2018, following the end of the simultaneous circulation period scheduled for June 30, 2018.
