The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic issued Communication “A” 8266 to waive regulatory observations on financial entities' acquisition of Provincial Public Bonds from Chaco. The waiver permits acquisitions up to a total sum in pesos equivalent to USD 90,000,000 under Provincial Laws 1.092-A and 4.035-F, subject to the conditions set by the National Ministry of Economy's Treasury Secretariat. Participating financial entities must continue to comply with existing credit risk fractionalization provisions while benefiting from this exemption.

We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the resolution, in its pertinent part, which provides: “- No observations shall be filed, within the framework of the restriction contained in point 2.1 of the ordered text on Financing for the Non-Financial Public Sector, regarding financial entities' ability to acquire Provincial Public Bonds to be issued by the Province of Chaco up to a total sum in pesos equivalent to USD 90,000,000 (ninety million US dollars), within the framework of Provincial Laws 1.092-A and 4.035-F and in accordance with the conditions established in note NO-2025-69514197-APN-SH#MEC of the Treasury Secretariat of the National Ministry of Economy, without prejudice to the compliance by participating financial entities with the provisions on credit risk fractionalization provided in said regulation.” Sincerely, CENTRAL BANK OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC Darío C.
