CMN Resolution No. 5,307 — Amends CMN Resolution No. 5,300 Regarding Financing Conditions for Items Under Provisional Measure No. 1,353

Resolution No. 5,307

CMN RESOLUTION NO. 5,307, OF MAY 26, 2026

Amends CMN Resolution No. 5,300, of May 5, 2026, which establishes the conditions, financial charges, deadlines, and other regulatory norms applicable to financing lines for the acquisition of the items referred to in Article 3 of Provisional Measure No. 1,353, of April 30, 2026.

The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes it known that the National Monetary Council, in an extraordinary session held on May 26, 2026, considering the provisions of Article 4, caput, item VI, of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, and based on Provisional Measure No. 1,353, of April 30, 2026,

R E S O L V E S:

Article 1. CMN Resolution No. 5,300, of May 5, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on May 7, 2026, shall enter into force with the following amendments:

I - repayment period:

a) for autonomous cargo carriers and natural persons associated with a road cargo transport cooperative: up to one hundred and twenty months, including up to twelve months of principal grace period;

b) for individual entrepreneurs and private law legal entities in the road or urban cargo transport sector: up to sixty months, including up to six months of principal grace period; and

c) for individual entrepreneurs and private law legal entities in the road or urban passenger transport sector: up to one hundred and twenty months, including up to six months of principal grace period;
