On Amending the Licensing and Registration Regulation Series 2000 Related to Exam Exemptions for Registered Persons
The Lebanon Capital Markets Authority issued this amendment to update exam exemption criteria for registered persons under the Licensing and Registration Regulation Series 2000. The notice modifies Article (2) alongside Articles 5, 15, and 16 to align examination requirements with Series 2409 standards. Registered persons meeting the specified conditions are now exempt from standard licensing examinations effective December 23, 2024.
