The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines modifying the specification and publication of systemic importance indicators. These guidelines, originally issued as EBA/GL/2020/14 and updated by EBA/GL/2023/10, are annexed to this notice for regulatory reference. Credit institutions supervised by the ACPR are required to implement these guidelines fully by the applicable date of 20 May 2024.
NOTICE Implementation of European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines (EBA/GL/2023/10) modifying the guidelines on the specification of systemic importance indicators and the publication of these indicators
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA/GL/2023/10) modifying the guidelines concerning the specification of systemic importance indicators and the publication of these indicators (EBA/GL/2020/14). The guidelines are attached to this notice.
These guidelines are applicable as of 20 May 2024, by credit institutions subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
