Instructions for Payment of Fees to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency for 2018

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT OF FEES

Based on the provisions of Article 20, paragraph 1, item 2 and paragraph 3 of the Act on the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency ("Narodne novine", No. 140/05 and 12/12), the Management Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency adopted the Rulebook on the calculation, amount, and collection of fees payable to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency for the year 2017 at its meeting held on December 15, 2017 ("Narodne novine", No. 128/17, hereinafter: the Rulebook).

The fee is paid to the HANFA account: HR91 2390 0011 1003 29373.

The fee is paid within the timeframes stipulated by the Rulebook.

When making the payment, use the reference number indicated in the Informative Fee Calculation provided by HANFA to supervised entities.

If a supervised entity makes the payment before receiving the Informative Fee Calculation, the payment must be made using the appropriate reference number listed below.
