Repeal of Decision No. 16 on Financial Instruments and Products and Use of Series 6000
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon has repealed Decision No. 16 and replaced its provisions with the Offer of Securities regulations (Series 6000). Affected financial institutions must now submit monthly statements detailing the status and subscription volumes of their instruments using a standardized template. This announcement takes effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
