Notice of Consultation Paper Release (13 Dec 2018)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority has released Consultation Papers 122 and 124 to seek industry feedback on miscellaneous regulatory updates and property crowdfunding frameworks. Market participants must submit written comments addressing these proposed amendments by 13 January 2019. The DFSA will review all submissions and publish the final regulatory instruments on its official website.
