De-Listing of First Capital & Trust S.A.L. from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions

The President of the Capital Markets Authority, pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Markets Law dated 17/08/2011, and pursuant to Decision No. 26 dated 12 February 2018, which published the Financial Intermediation Institutions Regulations for the year 2018,
hereby decides as follows:
Article One: The name of "First Capital & Trust S.A.L." registered in the Financial Intermediation Institutions Regulations under No. 21 is hereby delisted from said regulations.
Article Two: This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and notified as required.
