Banks operating in the Kingdom must submit their updated annual compliance reports by the end of April each Gregorian year, alongside an electronic copy to AML-CTF@SAMA.GOV.SA. This directive supersedes previous circulars and mandates adherence to the revised minimum requirements effective for the 2018 reporting cycle.
