Resolution SMV No. 011-2025-SMV/01

The Superintendence of the National Market of Securities (SMV) issued Resolution SMV No. 011-2025-SMV/01 on July 15, 2025. This resolution formally approves the modification of the Operating Regulations for the Stock Exchange Wheel of the Lima Stock Exchange. The amended regulations, originally approved by Conasev Resolution No. 021-99-EF/94.10, were published in the official gazette El Peruano on July 17, 2025.
