CL-2024-006: Publication/Posting of Balance Sheet (BS)
The Office of the Deputy Governor for Financial Supervision Sector issued Circular Letter No. CL-2024-006 to all Trust Corporations. The directive mandates the publication and posting of the Balance Sheet for the Head Office and all branches as of December 31, 2023. This requirement is enforced pursuant to Section 61 of Republic Act No. 8791 and Section 183-T of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
