Notice No. 3/2021

Banco de Portugal issued Notice No. 3/2021 to regulate the registration procedures for entities providing services with virtual assets under Article 112-A of Law No. 83/2017. The notice establishes specific requirements for registration with the central bank, aligning national rules with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations.
