CSSF Regulation No 15-07 on Risk Management and Conflicts of Interest for Certain Specialised Investment Funds

The CSSF issued Regulation No 15-07 to establish detailed rules for applying Article 42a of the Law of 13 February 2007 concerning specialised investment funds. This regulation specifically mandates risk management and conflict of interest requirements for funds that are not covered by the specific provisions of Part II of that law. It simultaneously repeals the previous CSSF Regulation No 12-01 to ensure a unified regulatory framework for these entities.
