The Croatian Financial Services Agency and Zagreb Stock Exchange classify issuer disclosures into six SRPI categories to standardize public and regulatory reporting. The framework mandates precise categorization of general meeting notices, corporate governance updates, financial indicators, and privileged information aligned with Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation. Issuers must route non-privileged internal submissions directly to the Agency while ensuring all material price-sensitive data is publicly disclosed within the designated categories.
