The Central Bank of Tunisia issued Circular No. 2025-09 to officially update and publish the roster of financial institutions authorized for the Unique Electronic Cheque Platform. This directive requires all listed banks and post offices to operate under the revised affiliation list, which is now publicly accessible on the central bank's website. Effective immediately upon publication, the circular supersedes prior conflicting provisions and formally integrates the compliance committee's August 2025 opinion into the platform's regulatory framework.
