Notice of Amendments to Legislation (18 June 2017)
The DFSA Board has enacted six rulemaking instruments and one guidance instrument to repeal and replace updated versions of the General, Conduct of Business, Prudential, Fees, Glossary, and Markets Rules modules. Following a consultation period on Papers No. 109 and 111, these amendments incorporate stakeholder feedback and will take effect on 1 August 2017. The updated modules, along with their detailed appendices and archived earlier versions, are now accessible on the DFSA website.
