The Financial Information Agency (AIF), established within the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino, is seeking new professional figures to join its staff.
The open positions ( Ref. Code 26.1.A ) concern the Legal and Regulatory Service , which is primarily responsible for preparing secondary legislation, legal opinions, proposals for regulatory amendments, and administrative sanctioning procedures. The Service is also involved in the regulatory/regulatory management of the Register of beneficial ownership of legal entities, as well as in relations with other authorities of the Republic of San Marino, foreign authorities, and international bodies.
