M-2026-002: Compliance with Security Protocols in the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Security Plant Complex

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum No. M-2026-002 to strengthen security protocols at its Security Plant Complex following increased infractions by Authorized Agent Banks. The directive mandates that Security Services Department personnel may inspect armored vehicle vaults and underchassis during entry and exit screenings to detect threats or unauthorized removal of property. Authorized Agent Banks are required to keep vehicle interiors unobstructed to facilitate these inspections, with non-compliance resulting in potential denial of access to the premises.
