Decision on Placing 500-Dinar Banknotes in Circulation

The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to place 500-dinar banknotes into circulation effective 4 June 2007. The issuance follows the specifications outlined in the Decision on the Issue of the 500-Dinar Banknote and its Main Features. The regulation entered into force upon its publication in the RS Official Gazette on 30 May 2007.

"RS Official Gazette", No. 50/2007 Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 3 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia ("RS Official Gazette", Nos.72/2003 and 55/2004), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues D E C I S I O N ОN PLACING 500-DINAR BANKNOTES IN CIRCULATION

  1. On 4 June 2007, the National Bank of Serbia shall place in circulation 500-dinar banknotes, with principal features as specified in the Decision on the Issue of the 500-Dinar Banknote and its Main Features (“RS Official Gazette”, No.50/2007).
