CICR and Emergency DM Deliberation - Deliberation of 2 August 1996
The Interministerial Committee for Credit and Savings (CICR) issued this deliberation to implement Article 67 of Legislative Decree 385/1993, establishing the framework for consolidated regulatory supervision of banking groups.
