The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 130 A to register amendments to the rules of the Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments.” This action follows applications submitted by the “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company on July 18 and 21, 2025, and a favorable conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day following its submission or delivery to the manager in accordance with established procedures.

On Registration of Amendments to the Rules of the Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments” of the “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“it”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,” and Article 24 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Whereas the “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 18, 2025, and July 21, 2025, with a request to register the amendments to the rules of the Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments”; and
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 35, dated August 6, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
To register the amendments to the rules of the Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments” of the “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
This resolution to enter into force on the day following either the submission to, or the delivery to the duly authorized person of, the “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
