This circular informs, following the publication of FATF (Financial Action Task Force) communiqués (plenary meeting of June 2023), about the adoption of countermeasures proportional to the very high risk of money laundering and terrorist financing, with regard to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

It also highlights the maintenance of the suspension of the status of member of the Russian Federation.
