Deferral of Live Submission of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) version 16
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas deferred the mandatory live submission of Financial Reporting Package version 16 from the report ending 30 June 2026 to 30 June 2027. This extension provides banks additional time to prepare their people, processes, and systems for the updated reporting requirements. Banks must continue the separate submission of the Report on Intraday Liquidity and Large Exposures Report until the new implementation date.

M-2026- _____ To : ALL BANKS Subject : Deferral of Live Submission of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) version 16 Further to BSP Memorandum No. M-2025-041 dated 26 December 2025 on the Guidelines on the submission of updated prudential reports using Extensible Mark-up Language (XML) format through Prudential Reporting Innovation and Monitoring Engine (PRIME), the live submission of FRP version 16, originally scheduled to take effect beginning report ending 30 June 2026, shall be deferred to report ending 30 June 2027. This aims to provide banks additional time to prepare their people, processes, and systems for the updated report version. Banks shall continue the separate submission of the Report on Intraday Liquidity and Large Exposures Report until the live implementation of FRP version 16. For information and guidance. LYN I.
