San Marino Central Bank Signs MoU with Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission
The Central Bank of San Marino (BCSM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission to formalize bilateral cooperation and information exchange for supervisory purposes. This agreement, signed by BCSM Director General Andrea Vivoli and FSC President Vasil Golemanski, builds upon a collaborative relationship established in April 2025. The initiative underscores the strengthening of BCSM's international relations, marking its tenth such agreement and supporting broader ties ahead of the Association Agreement between San Marino and the European Union.
