Circular No. 37/2025: Renewal of Annual License for 2026
The Palestine Monetary Authority mandates all licensed money changers in Palestine to renew their annual operating licenses for 2026 by completing the online renewal form available on the PMA website. Applicants must submit the completed form either in person at the PMA headquarters or via email to the Licensing department no later than December 2025. The renewal process is contingent upon the money changer's compliance with the supervisory standards and requirements established by the Authority.

Subject: Renewal of Annual License for 2026
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. (40) of 2022 concerning the licensing and supervision of the money changing profession in Palestine, all money changers are required to renew their license to conduct money changing activities for the year 2026 by completing the renewal form available on the Palestine Monetary Authority's electronic website "www.pma.ps" during the month of December of the current year (2025/12). The form must be submitted in person at the Palestine Monetary Authority headquarters or sent via email to the Licensing Department at Licensing@pma.ps. Please note that the license renewal process will be based on the extent of the money changer's compliance with the supervisory standards and requirements determined by the Palestine Monetary Authority.
