Notice of Amendments to Legislation, July 2024
The Dubai Financial Services Authority Board has enacted amendments to the DFSA Rulebook following the conclusion of consultation periods on proposed legislative changes. Effective 1 August 2024, three rule-making instruments repeal and replace the Conduct of Business, Markets, and Collective Investment modules with updated versions that incorporate consultees' feedback. These revised modules are now published on the DFSA website alongside archived earlier versions for public reference.
