Instruction No. 2015-I-15 of June 30, 2015 on the composition of approval or administrative approval extension files for insurance or reinsurance undertakings (consolidated version)(repealed)

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) mandates the specific documentary requirements for administrative approval or extension applications submitted by insurance, reinsurance, Swiss non-life branches, and third-country branches operating in France. Article 1 specifies that standard insurance and reinsurance undertakings must compile their application files according to the elements outlined in Annex 1, while Article 2 dictates that Swiss non-life and third-country branches must follow the distinct requirements set forth in Annex 2. All application dossiers are required to be submitted electronically via the ACPR portal and the instruction officially took effect on January 1, 2016.

Instruction No. 2015-I-15 of June 30, 2015 on the composition of approval or administrative approval extension files for insurance or reinsurance undertakings, as amended by Instructions No. 2019-I-10 of April 18, 2019 and No. 2024-I-11 of October 21, 2024 The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code; Having regard to the Insurance Code, in particular Articles L. 321-10 and L. 321-10-1; Having regard to the Mutual Code, in particular Articles L. 211-8 and L. 211-8-1; Having regard to the Social Security Code, in particular Articles L. 931-4 and L. 931-4-1; Having regard to Ordinance No. 2015-378 of April 2, 2015; Having regard to Decree No. 2015-513 of May 7, 2015; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Advisory Committee of May 28, 2015, DECIDES Article 1 The file provided for in Articles L. 321-10 and L. 321-10-1 of the Insurance Code concerning the insurance undertakings referred to in Articles L. 321-1 of the Insurance Code, L. 211-8 of the Mutual Code and L. 931-4 of the Social Security Code, and the reinsurance undertakings referred to in Articles L. 321-1-1 of the Insurance Code, L. 211-8-1 of the Mutual Code and L. 931-4-1 of the Social Security Code, shall consist of the elements defined in Annex 1. Article 2 The file provided for in Articles L. 321-10 and L. 321-10-1 of the Insurance Code concerning the undertakings referred to in Article L. 321-7 of the Insurance Code ("non-life Swiss branches"), and the undertakings referred to in Article L. 329-1 of the Insurance Code ("third-country branches"), shall consist of the elements defined in Annex 2.
