Circular No. 60/2025 - Khalil Governorate Electricity Company
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 60/2025 to inform all banks operating in Palestine of the cancellation of the authorization for Nasri Muhammad Ziyad Abu Rajab Tamimi to sign on behalf of the Khalil Governorate Electricity Company. This directive supersedes and nullifies the previous Circular No. 2025/41 regarding the same matter. Banks are requested to update their records and cease recognizing the specified individual's signing authority immediately.

Subject: Khalil Governorate Electricity Company
We wish to inform you of the receipt of a letter from the Company Registrar at the Ministry of National Economy stating the cancellation of the decision to suspend the signature rights of Mr. Nasri Muhammad Ziyad Abu Rajab Tamimi, holder of ID number (905662029), as an authorized signatory for the bank accounts of the Khalil Governorate Electricity Company.
Please proceed accordingly. Furthermore, Circular No. (2025/41) is hereby repealed.
