A recent directive increased the limit to 500,000 Egyptian pounds for individuals and companies, but this change is now being reversed. The new daily limit for cash withdrawals from bank branches will be 250,000 Egyptian pounds for both individuals and companies. Banks are asked to take the necessary actions to implement this change immediately.
