Order on the Threshold for Reporting Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority issued this order to raise the reporting threshold for transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities to 50,000 euros, in accordance with Article 19(8) of the Market Abuse Regulation. The regulation enters into force on July 1, 2025, simultaneously repealing the previous Order No. 580 of May 5, 2020. This change aligns Danish national implementation with the updated EU framework for market transparency.

Order on the Threshold for Reporting Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Capital Markets Act, cf. Act Consolidation No. 198 of 26 February 2024, it is hereby stipulated:

Section 1. The established threshold for reporting transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Article 19(8) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the Market Abuse Regulation) is raised to 50,000 euros.

Section 2. This Order enters into force on 1 July 2025.

Subsection 2. Order No. 580 of 5 May 2020 on the threshold for reporting transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities is repealed.
