Change of Corporate Name of SeaBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) to MARIBANK PHILIPPINES, INC. (A RURAL BANK)
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) authorized the change of corporate name for SeaBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) to MARIBANK PHILIPPINES, INC. (A RURAL BANK) on April 21, 2025. The Securities and Exchange Commission subsequently approved the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on July 31, 2025. This circular letter from the Financial Supervision Sector informs all BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions of this corporate name change for their information and guidance.
