Change of Corporate Name of Panguil Bay Rural Bank of Ozamiz, Inc. to PBRB
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued this circular to inform supervised financial institutions of the approved name change for Panguil Bay Rural Bank of Ozamiz, Inc. The bank's corporate name was amended to PANGUIL BAY RURAL BANK OF OZAMIZ, INC., which will conduct business under the style PBRB. This update follows the Securities and Exchange Commission's approval of the bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws on 23 December 2025.
