Notice Regarding the Postponement of the Effective Date of Circular 83-5
The Central Bank of Haiti issued a notice to financial institutions postponing the effective date of Circular 83-5 concerning credit concentration limits. The new entry into force date for these regulatory provisions is set for October 1, 2024. This directive was issued by Governor Ronald Gabriel on March 26, 2024.
