Training on Amended Bank Regulations (G6/2015)
The South African Reserve Bank’s Office of the Registrar of Banks has issued Guidance Note 6/2015 to announce industry training on proposed amendments to the Regulations relating to Banks, effective 1 January 2016. The November sessions will instruct bank staff and auditors on completing selected amended statutory returns, specifically Forms BA 700 and BA 300, alongside relevant interpretive directives. Institutions must register their attendance by 6 November 2015, with a maximum of ten delegates per company permitted at the Pretoria head office sessions.
