Circular No. 181/2025: Revocation of Dissolution Decision for Dr. Adnan Majali Educational Charity Association

Following our Circular No. (2024/19), attached is a copy of the letter from the Director General of the General Directorate of Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs at the Ministry of Interior No. (13104) regarding the request to implement the Minister of Interior's decision concerning the revocation of the dissolution decision for the Dr. Adnan Majali Educational Charity Association, registered under number (TU-0020-E).
Accordingly, it is requested to take the necessary measures for implementation and to reactivate the association's accounts in accordance with the regulations.

Decision No. (105) for the year 2025
Based on the powers granted to us under the Associations and Civil Bodies Law No. (1) for the year 2000, and its Executive Bylaws, and in pursuit of the public interest and its preservation,
It is decided as follows:
First: Revocation of Decision No. (244) for the year 2023, which ruled in its final clause the dissolution of the Dr. Adnan Majali Educational Charity Association under number (TU-0020-E) in Tubas Governorate.
Second: All relevant authorities are to implement the decision regarding their respective jurisdictions, and this decision is effective from its date.
Third: Everyone is to comply and adhere.
