Banks must limit branch staff to fifteen per location, operate on rostered or designated days, and secure prior police permits for employee travel. Licensed institutions must also publicly advertise essential service availability, maintain accessible customer contact channels, resolve inquiries promptly, and sustain digital banking infrastructure including ATMs and mobile banking vehicles.
