CIMA Cancels Director Registration of Mr. Ling Zhang
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the director registration of Mr. Ling Zhang due to his failure to submit prescribed information and pay annual fees for 2021 through 2023. This decision, effective 21 November 2023, confirms a contravention of section 6(2) of the Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014. Mr. Zhang retains the right to appeal the cancellation to the Cayman Islands court under section 27(5) of the Act.
