FSCA Communication 7 of 2025

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has made recordings of three recent webinars available on its YouTube channel for registered Financial Services Providers (FSPs). The recordings cover Key Individual roles and responsibilities under the FAIS Act and Board Notice 194, governance and succession planning requirements, and the implications of licence lapsing and dormancy. FSPs can access these resources via provided links or direct inquiries to designated FSCA officials for further guidance.

1 FSCA COMMUNICATION 7 OF 2025 (FAIS) Access to recordings of webinars for Financial Services Providers

  1. PURPOSE The purpose of this Communication is to inform registered Financial Services Providers (FSPs) that recordings of recent webinars hosted by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) are available on the FSCA’s YouTube channel and to provide additional detail in this regard.
  2. BACKGROUND 2.1. The FSCA recorded three new webinars for FSPs during March 2025. 2.2. Recordings of all three webinars are now available for viewing on the FSCA’s YouTube channel at the links provided below.
