The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has made recordings of three recent webinars available on its YouTube channel for registered Financial Services Providers (FSPs). The recordings cover Key Individual roles and responsibilities under the FAIS Act and Board Notice 194, governance and succession planning requirements, and the implications of licence lapsing and dormancy. FSPs can access these resources via provided links or direct inquiries to designated FSCA officials for further guidance.
