Registering the “ Homplex ” Branch Office of “Artsakhbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company
In view of Article 18 (4) (“g 1 ”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 28 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Chapter 6 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 26, dated June 4, 2025); and
Having examined the letters of request, dated May 14, 2025, May 16, 2025 and May 27, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Artsakhbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, provided to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,
We decide:
Register the “Homplex” Branch Office of “Artsakhbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
