[unofficial translation] Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 item 3 and in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 2 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 6/13, 70/17, 125/23), the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro, at its meeting held on 25 July 2025, passed the following DECISION ON ISSUING GOLD AND SILVER JUBILEE COINS ON THE OCCASION OF CELEBRATING THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RESTORATION OF MONTENEGRO’S INDEPENDENCE Article 1 On the occasion of celebrating the 20th anniversary of the restoration of Montenegro’s independence, the Central Bank of Montenegro (hereinafter: the Central Bank) shall issue jubilee coins in 2026. Article 2 Jubilee coins referred to in Article 1 of this Decision shall be issued in the form of gold and silver coins. Article 3 Gold coin shall be issued in denomination of 10 perpers and in the quantity of 100 pieces. Gold coin weighing 8 grams and 24 mm diameter shall be made of gold alloy, fineness 900/1000, in special proof technique with brilliant mirror-like flat surfaces and matte relief details. The permissible deviation from the weight of the gold coin shall be 2 ‰ (prom) above the weight specified in paragraph 2 of this Article. Article 4 Silver coin shall be issued in denomination of 1 perper and in the quantity of 250 pieces. Silver coin weighing 17 grams and 34 mm diameter shall be made of silver alloy, fineness 925/1000, in special proof technique with brilliant mirror-like flat surfaces and matte relief details. The permissible deviation from the weight of the silver coin shall be 2 ‰ (prom) above the weight specified in paragraph 2 of this Article.

Decision on Issuing Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins on the Occasion of Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Restoration of Montenegro’s Independence (OGM 94/25) 2 Article 5 The obverse of gold and silver coins shall be as follows: in the central part there shall be an inscription “20 years of the restoration of Montenegro’s independence”, whereas the number 20 shall be the central element of the design, while the year 2026 shall be positioned in the bottom left corner, and Montenegrin gold embroidery motif shall adorn the entire rim of the coin. The reverse of gold and silver coins shall be as follows: in the central part, a visual representation of the Montenegrin national folk dance — 'oro' — viewed from above, with the Coat of Arms of Montenegro placed within the ‘oro’; along the bottom rim, the denomination: '10 PERPERS' for the gold coin and '1 PERPER' for the silver coin shall be inscribed; along the upper edge of the rim, the inscription 'CRNA GORA' shall be written in Latin script. The rim of gold and silver coins shall be smooth. Article 6 The manner of gold and silver coins using and packaging (the structure of collection) shall be governed by a separate decision of the Council of the Central Bank. Article 7 This decision shall enter into force on the eighth day following that of its publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro”.
