The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 200 A to grant foreign exchange purchase and sale licenses to two branches of Inessa Limited Liability Company. The decision authorizes Branch No. 2 and Branch No. 3 to operate at specified locations in Ayntap village, Ararat Marz, following the company's application and the Licensing and Supervision Committee's conclusion. This resolution entered into force on the day following its delivery to the company or its authorized representative.

ON GRANTING LICENSES FOR EXCHANGE OFFICE BRANCHES TO “INESSA” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (LICENSE NO. 883)
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”,
Based on Point 9 of the Annex approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 “On Approving Regulation 10 ‘Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Exchange Purchase and Sale Operations’”,
Taking into account that “INESSA” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 24 October 2025 with a petition to obtain branch licenses, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To grant a foreign exchange purchase and sale license to Branch No. 2 of “INESSA” Limited Liability Company (License No. 883) to carry out activities at the address: 2/6 Yerevan-Meghri Highway, Ayntap village, Ararat Marz, RA.
To grant a foreign exchange purchase and sale license to Branch No. 3 of “INESSA” Limited Liability Company (License No. 883) to carry out activities at the address: 2 Premise, 7th St., Ayntap village, Ararat Marz, RA.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its entry into “INESSA” Limited Liability Company or the date of its handover to the person authorized by “INESSA” Limited Liability Company in the prescribed manner.
