The Securities (Collective Investment Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by section 76 of the Securities Act, and every other power enabling, the following Regulations are hereby made: -
These Regulations may be cited as the Securities (Collective Investment Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014, and shall be read and construed as one with the Securities (Collective Investment Scheme) Regulations, 2013, (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”) and all amendments thereto.
Regulation 55 of the principal Regulations is amended in paragraph (a), by deleting the word “twelve” and substituting therefor the word “twenty-four”.
