EMPRENDIMIENTOS RURALES, S.A. DE C.V., in its capacity as Issuer of Digital Assets, inform the general public that on May 15, 2026, at 10:00 hours (time of the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of Guatemala, GMT-6), the public offering of its revenue token "$PDP1" will begin.
This digital asset allows investors to participate in a public offering of revenue tokens, supported by the assignment of economic rights in favor of Token holders regarding the Net Revenues Obtained derived from the design, development, execution, marketing, and commercial exploitation of the Praderas del Pacifico Project. The public offering is structured in accordance with the Law on Digital Asset Issuance and the regulations issued by the National Commission of Digital Assets of El Salvador, under registration entry AD-00072.

The issuance consists of 2,490 tokens, with a nominal value of USD $1,000.00 each. 150 tokens will be assigned to the Issuer's Shareholders as Sweat Equity, 340 tokens for capital contributed by shareholders, 1,000 tokens corresponding to a reserve for future placement, and 1,000 tokens will be available to investors.
